To make your first deposit, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Personal Area (PA).
  2. Go to Funds -> Deposit tab.
  3. Choose a trading account you would like to top up.
  4. Choose a preferred payment method from the list of available options. Consider differences in the minimum and maximum limit per transaction and average processing time.
  5. Fill in your payment details (follow instructions and hints of the chosen method).
  6. Enter the deposit sum in the amount field. The sum you should have in your payment account considering the conversion rate is shown in the “To be deposited” field (if applied).
  7. Click the Deposit button. You will be redirected to the payment processing page where you should complete the deposit form and confirm the transaction.

Dexafex does not impose any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, it’s important to note that some banks and electronic payment systems (EPS) may apply their transaction fees.

At Dexafex, we prioritize transparency and security in all financial transactions to ensure the safety of our clients’ funds. As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and client protection, we cannot accept any third-party deposits.

Visit our website and log in to your Personal Area using your credentials. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Funding -> Withdrawal: On the left menu, select Funds and then choose Withdrawal.
  2. Select your trading account: Choose the trading account from which you wish to withdraw funds.
  3. Choose Withdrawal Method: Tap the “Withdrawal Method” field and select one of the preferable methods listed. Make sure to fill in all necessary details accurately.
  4. Confirm Withdrawal Amount: The amount available for withdrawal will be displayed under the Amount area.
  5. Initiate Withdrawal: Once all details are filled in, click the Withdrawal button. Our Finance Department will process your withdrawal request.

All withdrawals are handled by our Finance Department, which ensures that every transaction is carefully reviewed to prevent unauthorized access to your account by third parties. This process guarantees the highest security for your budget.

Note: At Dexafex, we provide instant withdrawals and deposit processes from our side (within 1 minute). However, delays from the provider side are possible in some cases.

Dexafex provides multiple options for a deposit. You can make a deposit via e-wallets, bank cards, local payment methods, WIRE etc. The methods available to you, with their limits and processing times, are listed under Funds -> Deposit in your Personal Area.

Some payment providers charge fees of their own. Those sit outside our payment process, and the provider shows them before you pay.
